Return Policy: In the rare event you are unhappy with your purchase , email first to arrange for a return, pack the pieces securely and return them (insured) to us for exchange or refund as desired. We request the original receipt or will be unable to offer a return. For gifts, let us know who gave the gift, and when. We will provide exchanges only for all gifts without a receipt. Email or call us within 7 days of receipt. To keep costs low, all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
